This Sales Team Leader position involves leading a team of Sales Advisors, coaching and developing their skills, and ensuring continuous performance improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales operations, experience managing KPIs, and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Advisors, focusing on performance improvement and team motivation.">
  • Regularly monitor work performance, manage absenteeism, and reduce attrition through effective team leadership.">
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews and hold monthly 1:1 meetings with team members.">
  • Evaluate and reward outstanding performance, promoting a culture of excellence.">
  • Establish clear direction for the team, aligning with sales targets and client expectations.">
  • Foster open communication, teamwork, and a positive work environment, promoting collaboration and creativity.">
  • Coach and support team members in identifying areas for skills expansion and career development.">
  • Maintain quality standards and adherence to processes during sales calls, ensuring client satisfaction.">
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to address any client or campaign-related issues.">
  • Pursue process improvements, enhancing efficiency and overall team performance.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Fluent in Czech or Slovak, with excellent verbal and written skills; good command of English.">
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales operations or team leadership, preferably in a B2B environment.">
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a B2B sales or contact center setting.">
  • A vibrant personality to motivate and coach a team.">
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales operations, including experience managing KPIs.">
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, international environment with a focus on delivering results.">
