About the Role

We're seeking a talented Customer Support Associate with Dutch language expertise to join our team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you'll provide exceptional support and guidance on employee benefits.

What You'll Do

  1. Work with global clients daily, providing help and guidance on their benefits.
  2. Learn about our employee benefits organization and get to know our team of specialists.
  3. Become familiar with online tools our clients use to select and handle their benefits.

Requirements

  1. Up to 6 months of experience in a similar role is a plus, but we value quick learners.
  2. Excellent English and Dutch language skills (C1 level on the CEFR scale) for daily communication.
  3. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and resolve issues.
  4. Flexibility and good organization skills.
