We are seeking a skilled Communication Manager for Poland to join our team at Ørsted Polska. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing internal communications strategies and plans to enhance our communications efforts across the Polish market.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant master's degree in marketing, communication, or journalism and possess some professional experience with internal communication in large organisations. You should also have excellent English skills and demonstrate business acumen and strategic understanding.

You will play an important role in creating and executing an internal communications strategy for our Polish organisation, positioning our track records, milestones, and activities within areas such as construction, operations, sustainability, innovation, and digital strategy. Additionally, you will work with subject matter experts to coordinate the production of written and multimedia assets and develop and implement communication and activation plans.
