Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at LOT Aircraft Maintenance Services Sp. z o.o. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the sales strategic business plan, building strong relationships with customers, and driving profitable margin growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth and hit sales targets;
  • Buuild and promote LOTAMS capabilities to current and new customers;
  • Identify emerging markets and prospect opportunities;
  • Lead sales prospection, negotiation, and contract management;
  • Closely work with Customer Support Team to deliver best customer experience;
  • Present sales, revenue, and forecasts reporting to the management team;
