We are seeking an HR Project Manager to join our team in Poland, working on a hybrid/remote model. This role plays a key part in implementing new sites from an HR perspective, collaborating closely with clients and operational teams across Central Europe.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Coordinating and leading implementation projects from an HR viewpoint
  • Developing project plans and assigning tasks to relevant HR project members, tracking progress effectively
  • Identifying, communicating, and mitigating risk factors proactively
  • Maintaining project transparency by gathering updates from all workstreams
  • Ensuring alignment and collaboration between operations, HR, and clients as an interface
  • Reporting on project progress and status
  • Supporting additional HR-related projects

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in HR project management and implementation
  • Experience in the logistics industry would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and German (C1 level)
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel
  • Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and manage priorities
  • Valid driving license cat. B
