HR Operations Specialist with Dutch Language Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist with expertise in Dutch language to join our team. This role involves acting as an HR guide for associates and managers across various countries and languages. The successful candidate will assist associates with all HR-related life cycle events, including clarifying policies and procedures, managing HR administration tasks, handling payroll inquiries, providing system navigation support, and ensuring follow-up until the request is resolved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR life cycle changes such as employment verifications, personnel file administration, new hire processes, employee data updates, and onboarding.
  • Contribute effectively to team, regional, and global projects, ensuring team documentation remains up-to-date.
  • Support the preparation and implementation of people policies, procedures, handbooks, and guidelines.
  • Deliver high-quality, accurate services to associates in line with Service Center service levels (SLAs), key processes, and operational metrics (KPIs).

Skills for Success:

  • Deep knowledge of HR operations and an understanding of various labor laws.
  • Proficiency in both English and Dutch.
  • Experience with Service Center technologies such as ticket management, knowledge management, chat, email, and document management.
  • Strong collaboration skills to effectively address and resolve inquiries.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • A self-motivated and curious mindset, capable of anticipating and solving problems independently with minimal oversight.
  • Competence in identifying issues, offering solutions, and proactively preventing future problems.
  • Excellent skills in planning, organizing, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

  • Flexibility to adapt work schedule based on critical deliverables and urgent country-specific requirements.
  • At least one year of experience working with an HR Information System, preferably Workday.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience in an HR Shared Services environment.
  • Strong teamwork abilities and enthusiasm for working in a global HR setting.
