About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Investor Relations Manager to join our team at PEPCO. As a key member of our corporate communications team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and the media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective investor relations strategies to enhance the company's reputation and credibility among investors and analysts.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, presentations, and other materials to investors, analysts, and the media.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and the media.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and developments to inform investor relations strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of company messages.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's business, products, and services to effectively communicate its value proposition to investors and analysts.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and effective investor relations.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets, institutional markets, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to various audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective investor relations strategies.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong ability to create effective presentations and reports.
  • Fluency in English and Polish, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in both languages.
