About the Role

Hitachi Energy is seeking a skilled Partnership Expansion Manager to drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships within its Business Unit Transformers. This role offers a unique chance to shape innovative partnership strategies and gain valuable experience working with diverse global teams.

The successful candidate will report to the Global Business Development Manager of the Business Unit Transformers and be responsible for coordinating cross-functional efforts, including marketing, sales, product development, legal, intellectual property, and research and development teams within the Business Unit.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a corporate partnership strategy aimed at driving business growth within the Business Unit Transformers.
  • Collaborate with various departments to explore partnership opportunities and leverage synergies with other Hitachi entities.
  • Lead due diligence efforts for new partnership opportunities on behalf of the Business Unit Transformers team.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with existing partners and provide support to internal stakeholders on partnership execution.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or master's degree preferred).
  • Strong experience in partnership development, business development, or a related role in a corporate and international environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop and implement effective partnership strategies.
