Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Crisis Manager to join our Rapid Response Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for owning the response to customer-impacting incidents and case escalations.

In this role, you will work closely with global rapid response commanders to handle high-priority incidents and escalations from initial triage through after-action review. You will take charge in high-stress situations, providing direction to Customer personnel, Splunk engineers, and Support management to drive expeditious resolution of incidents and escalation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and manage incident/case escalations in a timely manner, meeting current Service Level Objectives for sensitive, urgent, or critical issues.
  • Manage high intake volumes of incident and case escalation submissions, identifying opportunities for workflow improvements.
  • Lead complex troubleshooting conversations and problem-solving skills to ensure coordination of resources and stakeholder engagement.
  • Communicate clear and concise status updates to both technical and business audiences.
  • Capture and document key events and milestones during the lifecycle of the incident and case escalation.
  • Set customer expectations and provide updates regarding troubleshooting and resolution action plans for internal and customer-facing communications.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in incident/escalation management.
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer success mindset and proven track record of making good judgments.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer escalations/incidents at varying levels, including case documentation.
Benefits and Compensation

This role comes with a competitive base pay range of PLN 184,000.00 - 253,000.00 per year. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
