Job Overview

As a Digital Content Manager at Reality Games, you will be responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining a range of content to help the organization achieve its goals. Your duty will be to develop high-quality, sharable content to raise brand awareness and oversee all social media content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute global marketing communications
  • Support in shaping and delivering integrated campaigns
  • Work closely with Business Lines to ensure aligned communications approach and consistent content campaigns
  • Drive digital marketing content initiatives across all digital channels
  • Produce supporting documents and briefs for content strategies
  • Deliver timely analysis of digital content and campaigns to draw actionable insights
  • Write social media messages that attract new users and engage current users

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as English, Communications, or Marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience as a Content Creator before moving into a senior position
  • Strong understanding of SEO and social media marketing
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills
