Customer Service Specialist role at CANPACK Group

We are seeking an ambitious Customer Service Specialist to join our team at CANPACK Group. As a key player in our customer-facing operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of customer orders and sales plans.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics and purchasing departments of client companies
  • Ensure timely execution of customer orders according to agreed contracts
  • Monitor and control stock, receivables, and returnable packages balance
  • Collaborate with sales managers to develop new markets

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field (economy, trade preferred)
  • Excellent English and German language skills (B2/C1 level)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment with good problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a similar position in an international environment is beneficial
  • SAP experience will be an advantage
