Customer Service Specialist role at CANPACK Group
We are seeking an ambitious Customer Service Specialist to join our team at CANPACK Group. As a key player in our customer-facing operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of customer orders and sales plans.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics and purchasing departments of client companies
- Ensure timely execution of customer orders according to agreed contracts
- Monitor and control stock, receivables, and returnable packages balance
- Collaborate with sales managers to develop new markets
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field (economy, trade preferred)
- Excellent English and German language skills (B2/C1 level)
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment with good problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a similar position in an international environment is beneficial
- SAP experience will be an advantage
