About the Role:

Antal Sp. z o.o. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert with German language skills to join our team. As a Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing technical advice, and resolving customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, directly responsible for managing customer accounts
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by technically advising customers on products and services
  • Outbound calling to establish new opportunities with prospective customers
  • Communicate with end customers via various channels to resolve technical questions and propose solutions
  • Liaison with internal support areas to resolve customer inquiries and requests

Requirements:

  • University degree in a technical or business field
  • Previous experience in Customer Service
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Good time management and prioritization skills
  • Organized, independent, and proactive approach
  • Problem-solving skills and negotiation skills
  • Team player and dedicated individual
  • Service-minded and goal-oriented
