About the Role:
Antal Sp. z o.o. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert with German language skills to join our team. As a Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing technical advice, and resolving customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, directly responsible for managing customer accounts
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by technically advising customers on products and services
- Outbound calling to establish new opportunities with prospective customers
- Communicate with end customers via various channels to resolve technical questions and propose solutions
- Liaison with internal support areas to resolve customer inquiries and requests
Requirements:
- University degree in a technical or business field
- Previous experience in Customer Service
- Fluency in German and English
- Good time management and prioritization skills
- Organized, independent, and proactive approach
- Problem-solving skills and negotiation skills
- Team player and dedicated individual
- Service-minded and goal-oriented
