About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert with German language proficiency to join our team at Antal Sp. z o.o. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling a variety of pre-sales and post-sales service functions, and processing transactions via phone, internet, and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer accounts, managing customer relationships and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deliver an extraordinary customer experience by technically advising customers on products, services, and capabilities to best meet their needs.
  • Establish new, high-quality opportunities with prospective customers and contacts through outbound calling.
  • Communicate with end customers via various channels, including telephone, email, and chat, to resolve technical questions and propose options and solutions.
  • Liaise with internal support areas, including production, sales, engineering, and customer care, to resolve customer inquiries and requests.

Requirements:

  • University degree in a technical or business area.
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Fluency in German and ability to communicate in English.
  • Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Organized, independent, and proactive approach.
  • Problem-solving skills and negotiating skills are necessary to succeed.
  • Good team player and dedicated.
  • Service-minded and goal-oriented.
