Customer Service Representative with German Language Skills

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients on a day-to-day basis.
  • Conduct thorough contract reviews and progress orders as requested.
  • Process customer returns, quotations, and credit/debit requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Investigate customer inquiries and issues, and provide resolutions as necessary.
  • Proactively follow up on quotes and ensure timely communication with customers.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service, preferably with a strong background in German language skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A team player with a customer-focused approach, who can work well under pressure and provide timely resolutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to multitask and think critically.
