Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with German language proficiency to join our team at Motorola Solutions. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound calls, chats, web inquiries, and emails in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide product information and support to customers
  • Work with the repair center to resolve issues related to repair time, quality, and shipping
  • Act as a liaison between customers, partners, engineers, and support managers
  • Assist partners and prospective partners with questions related to the PartnerEmpower program and tools
  • Make outbound calls to profile newly applied partners, welcome newly accepted partners, and maintain contact with existing partners
  • Develop a strong understanding of Motorola Solutions' product portfolio and solutions
  • Represent Motorola Solutions as a customer-facing ambassador, conducting yourself and communicating in a professional manner to facilitate customer requests

Requirements:

  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Sales-related and/or customer-oriented experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, including listening, negotiating, and influencing
  • Calm and assured manner with the ability to work well under pressure
  • High level of motivation with a will to succeed
  • Attention to detail
