About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert with German language skills to join our team at Antal Sp. z o.o. as a Senior Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing their accounts and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Provide technical advice to customers on products and services, and communicate with internal support areas to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Establish new opportunities with prospective customers through outbound calling and communication via various channels.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer requests and provide solutions.
Requirements
  • University degree in a technical or business field.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Organized, independent, and proactive approach.
  • Problem-solving and negotiating skills.
  • Good team player and dedicated individual.
  • Service-minded and goal-oriented.
