ESE Process Improvement Expert

The Biogen Senior Administrator will be responsible for improving the End-to-End process within the ESE tool, from submission of engagement through to closure. This includes identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Biogen's business processes and a proven track record of implementing process improvements. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations.
  • Implement process changes and monitor results.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of stakeholder engagements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on new processes and procedures.
