As a Business Development Specialist at CodiLime, you will be a key member of our Growth team, responsible for driving business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies, utilizing allocated leads and updating our CRM database.
- Arrange meetings and calls with our Sales team to facilitate business growth.
- Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing leadership to ensure the quality of our pipeline and the success of our campaigns.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position or in sales and customer service.
- Proven experience in generating leads and driving business growth.
- Proactive and target-oriented attitude, with excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).
- Experience in the IT industry, particularly in software engineering and computer networking.
- Possibility of development towards Business Development Manager.
- Professional growth supported by internal training sessions and a training budget.
- Flexible working hours and approach to work, with options for fully remote, in-office, or hybrid work arrangements.
