Job Title: Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Triumph International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving sales strategies, identifying new customers, and working closely with other departments to align strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business operations and strategies to identify new opportunities
  • Identify new channels and market opportunities, hyper-segment
  • Report findings and obtain approval from senior management, when required
  • Evaluate and improve sales strategies, identify new customers
  • Write proposals, prepare direct offers, and liaise with other departments to align strategies
  • Analyze consumer behavior to meet product demands and preferences
  • Perform competitor analysis to increase market share
  • Implement efficient customer communication
  • Identify and negotiate sales deals that promote stable income
  • Build a sustainable customer base
  • Support the sales team on the field and actively follow up on the implementation of the sales strategy
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales/business development (must have)
  • Experience of working in both international accounts and independent accounts
  • Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in integrated business management and CRM software, e.g. SalesForce
  • Advanced knowledge of business development and sales strategies
  • Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities
  • Proven ability to increase competitiveness and market share
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relations
