JLL is committed to shaping the future of real estate for a better world. We're seeking a highly motivated and meticulous individual to join our German Leasing Hub team as a Senior Business Development Specialist.
About the Role
In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in creating high-quality pitches and sales presentations, supporting our business development efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with local brokers and other business lines to ensure seamless communication and enhance team efficiency
- Providing structural solutions with minimal direction
- Creating visually appealing and impactful presentations and digital sales materials to effectively convey messages to clients and stakeholders
- Managing the completion of RFP submissions, including end-to-end project management across the entire pitch lifecycle
- Conducting research and gathering relevant market information to support the development of compelling content
- Identifying unique questions and responses in completed pitches, and updating baselines with new content
- Supporting the management of bid repository for best-in-class materials, developing, owning, and continuously improving materials on the platform
- Creating pitch-relevant materials, such as maps, depictions of longlists, and JLL tools
- Conducting proofreading and consistency checks
- Supporting effective content organization and resource management within the team
Requirements
We're looking for a highly self-motivated and meticulous individual with:
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business economics, project management, media design, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in German and English to understand the strategy, audience, and objectives
- Ability to comprehend complex concepts, work analytical and precise
- Strong work ethics, resourcefulness, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects under deadlines
- Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback
- Quick learner in new tools and processes
- Strong team-oriented attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Superior understanding of graphic design principles and staying updated on visual design trends and standards
- Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, with a basic understanding of media design
Location
This role is based in Warsaw, Poland, and requires on-site work.
