At Steelcase, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way people work. We're seeking a talented Strategic Growth Partner to join our team in Poland. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth and seizing new opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Hunt for new business opportunities using your expertise and Steelcase's resources.
  • Collaborate strategically with Steelcase teams and act as the local expert.
  • Lead client relationships and coordinate with dealers to deliver top-notch services.
  • Manage projects with precision, ensuring smooth transitions and strong pipeline.
  • Build long-term working relationships with multiple functions within the client organization, specifiers, marketing and product experts, and other relevant partners and distributors.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in consultative sales with a proven record of success.
  • A background in New Business Development and working with distribution partners.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills, able to engage at all levels, including C-suite.
  • Project management expertise with a knack for storytelling and persuasion.
  • Proficient use of IT support tools such as CRM, Outlook calendars, tablets, smartphones, and comfortable interaction via webinars, live video applications, virtual meeting tools, and business applications.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • A bachelor's degree in business or related fields.
  • Experience in selling capital products or services.
  • Familiarity with the contract furniture industry.
  • Additional language skills.
