Job Description
Complaint Handling Analyst Role
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure thorough and accurate complaint records are maintained, with timely closure of files.
- Verify that complaint records and related documents adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Collaborate with stakeholders involved in the complaint handling process, including investigators, triage teams, equipment manufacturers, or relevant authorities.
- Prepare and disseminate customer communications.
- Contribute to projects focused on Complaint Handling and/or product performance enhancements.
Requirements
- Demonstrate attention to detail, adherence to processes, and knowledge of regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Bachelor's degree or vocational training.
- Background in medicine or human biology is a strong asset.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
- Advantageous: experience in Complaint Handling and/or Customer Service within the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry.
