Complaint Handling Analyst Role

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure thorough and accurate complaint records are maintained, with timely closure of files.
  • Verify that complaint records and related documents adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders involved in the complaint handling process, including investigators, triage teams, equipment manufacturers, or relevant authorities.
  • Prepare and disseminate customer communications.
  • Contribute to projects focused on Complaint Handling and/or product performance enhancements.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate attention to detail, adherence to processes, and knowledge of regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor's degree or vocational training.
  • Background in medicine or human biology is a strong asset.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
  • Advantageous: experience in Complaint Handling and/or Customer Service within the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry.
