Key Responsibilities
  • Design, create, and deliver digital marketing programs to support business growth through customer value creation;
  • Work closely with global and regional/country marketing teams, supporting teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and within budget;
  • Develop and execute digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, website strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables aligned with business goals;
  • Manage and optimize product data across various channels (e.g., PIM);
  • Present new ideas to improve the customer online marketing experience;
  • Lead ongoing management of digital touch points, including the TN Poland website, social networking landing pages, and mobile;
  • Manage agency relationships, day-to-day production, campaign budgets, and schedules;
  • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g., website, blogs, videos, press releases, and podcasts);
  • Owens site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting;
  • Develop and coordinate multimedia packages;
  • Design, build, and maintain social media presence;
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs);
  • Identify trends and insights;
  • Optimize spending and performance based on insights;
  • Manage end-to-end digital projects;
  • Establish web presence to boost brand awareness;
  • Collaborate with IT and other teams to integrate the PIM system with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms) for seamless data flow;
  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency;
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments;
  • Manage activities in accordance with project requirements.

Requirements

  • Educational Level: Experienced Bachelor Level/Starting Master Level
  • Professional Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience
