Key Account Manager Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Client Partnership Developer to join our team at METZ Electronics S.r.l. as a Key Account Manager.

We are an ambitious, fast-growing, and international team looking for a talented Client Partnership Developer to play a pivotal role in achieving sales goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  2. Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional products or services.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver integrated solutions.
  4. Develop and implement strategic account plans.
  5. Lead contract negotiations and manage contract renewals.
  6. Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics.
  7. Address and resolve any issues raised by key clients promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management or a similar role.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
