We are seeking an Investor Services Administrator to join our team, working closely with the Investor Services Supervisor and Manager to deliver an efficient and high-quality service to our clients and their investors. As part of this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing investor transaction documents, maintaining capital activity reports, and distributing them to clients on a periodic basis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing investor transactions in accordance with fund documentation requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
  • Working collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines and achieve goals

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. You should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
