About the Role

Coty is seeking an experienced E-commerce Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with assigned customers, driving results delivery in line with company targets, and owning the P&L of assigned customers to improve Gross-to-Net results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain solid, long-term relationships with assigned customers
  • Own responsibility for results delivery in line with company targets
  • Own P&L of assigned customers to improve Gross-to-Net results
  • Lead annual negotiations with customers, including yearly business plan, monthly business updates, sales & operations planning
  • Full ownership of the process from order to payment of assigned customers, in collaboration with Customer Service and Finance Department
  • Analyse customer data to provide better results
  • Implement strategic company priorities in cooperation with assigned customers
  • Effectively collaborate in a multifunctional environment with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain departments

Requirements

  • Broad experience in Key Account Management or Sales in e-commerce area
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
  • Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities
  • Proactivity, independence, and self-starter attitude
  • Results-oriented and the ability to maintain focus on quantitative objectives
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and new challenges
  • Fluent and practical knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Very good command of English language and Polish language
