Junior Community Specialist

Are you passionate about gaming and community building? Do you have a knack for creating engaging content and building relationships with influencers? We're looking for a Junior Community Specialist to join our team at Instreamly P.S.A.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our streamer community. As a Junior Community Specialist, you'll be responsible for actively recruiting streamers, building and sustaining relationships with influencer marketing agencies and partners, and preparing personalized offers for campaigns.

You'll also oversee the execution of live campaigns, ensuring streamers' objectives are aligned with brand goals. Additionally, you'll develop and maintain long-term relationships with streamers, acting as their go-to person for ongoing support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and manage a network of streamers across the CEE region
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencer marketing agencies and partners
  • Prepare personalized offers for campaigns and assess the potential of registered streamers
  • Oversee the execution of live campaigns and ensure streamers' objectives are aligned with brand goals
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with streamers
Requirements
  • Experience in copywriting and creating engaging content for social media platforms
  • Strong social media knowledge and experience managing accounts on Discord, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter)
  • Troubleshooting abilities and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication and language skills, with fluency in English and Polish
  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, especially in relation to content generation and community management
