Role Overview

The Senior Expert HR Business Partner for Software & Cloud is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees within the organization. The role acts as a consultant to business leaders on human resources-related topics and successfully acts as a sparring partner and change agent.

This position will manage the whole spectrum of employee engagement, retention, development, and performance.

  1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
  2. Support and advise line managers in the management and development of their direct reports.
  3. Integrate new international HR processes in the local unit.
  4. Monitor trends and development in the HR/Competency Development field to support the company's business approach and link with learning organization initiatives.
  5. Consult with the Management Team and all other employees on Employment Law, HR Policies, HR Processes, Compensation, etc.
  6. Maintain collaboration with external local HR & payroll partner for HR policy guidance according with local law, preparing monthly timesheet for payroll calculation, medical certificates, salary certificate, pay slip etc.
  7. Implement employment policies and procedures relevant to the local and global needs.
  8. Ensure up-to-date and accurate statistics are maintained.
  9. Participate in national and international HR projects.
  10. Provide performance management expertise and assistance to sustain the highest quality workforce.
  11. Cultivate appropriate development solutions to raise skills and productivity.
  12. Review career structures for developmental purposes (e.g. Performance reviews, talent assessment, succession planning based on future potential).

Key Responsibilities
