Your responsibilities

  • Support recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and searching for candidates on LinkedIn
  • Assist with employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Coordinate employee well-being initiatives and internal knowledge-sharing events
  • Help maintain a friendly and welcoming work atmosphere

Key office administration duties

  • Manage correspondence and ensure efficient document circulation
  • Oversee office supplies, groceries, and aesthetic standards
  • Liaise with service providers (cleaning services, maintenance)
  • Monitor office maintenance needs and coordinate repairs

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR and administrative role
  • B2-level English proficiency or higher
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong computer skills
  • A can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
