We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in Poland. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals who thrive in international settings and have a passion for developing strong relationships with VIP clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both Polish and English, as well as significant experience managing high-value client accounts in the finance, trading, or fintech sectors. They should be results-driven, proactive, and able to adapt quickly to changing market conditions.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our esteemed clients in Poland, ensuring their satisfaction and retention through personalized account management and expert guidance. Your ability to provide top-tier customer service, identify opportunities for growth, and collaborate with internal teams will be crucial to your success.

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • Fluent Polish language skills to effectively communicate with local clients;
  • Fluent English language skills to collaborate with company management and HQ;
  • Proven experience managing VIP or important client accounts in an international company, preferably in finance, trading, or fintech;
  • Strong sales and relationship management skills, with a track record of achieving business growth and customer retention;
  • A highly motivated and success-driven mindset, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to client management;
  • Creative problem-solving skills to adapt to different client needs and market conditions.
