Key Responsibilities
  • System Analysis and Technical Support:
    • Update fund accounting and/or pricing systems based on qualified client inquiries.
    • Analyze and design automated solutions to business problems.
    • Develop business requirements associated with expanded services or requirements for accounting applications globally.
  • Client Communication:
    • Provide subject matter expertise to product managers or client service relationship managers relating to specific systems products as required.
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Oversee operations service levels by arranging pulse checks, modifying procedures, and discussing best practices.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Seek out and participate in team and interdepartmental projects.
