Sales Manager for Poland Market

Sulzer is a leader in engineering excellence with a proud heritage of innovation and continuous evolution. We are now seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to support our growth activities in Poland.
The ideal candidate will work closely with our experienced sales team and application specialists at our HQ in Switzerland, leveraging their expertise to drive sales strategies and tactics for the Polish territory.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales plans, including key account development, white spot conversion, and win-back strategies to grow order intake and market penetration.
- Review customer technical and commercial RFQs to determine suitable solutions and collaborate with our Proposals team to produce costing, cash flow, and risk analysis.
- Lead negotiations of technical/commercial proposals with customers to secure order awards.
- Identify and progress opportunities with customers through customer visits, reporting, and presenting our portfolio, ensuring Sulzer's technical/commercial preference positions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in mechanical or chemical engineering.
- A minimum of 3 years of international sales experience, preferably in a service environment of the Renewables, Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Chemical industry.
- High level of flexibility, excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Fluency in both English and Polish.
