About the Role
As a seasoned Sales Manager, you will lead our sales efforts in Poland, driving business growth and building strong relationships with manufacturers and potential partners. Your primary objective will be to identify new opportunities, connect with key decision-makers, and expand our network in Poland.

We are looking for a self-driven and motivated professional who can work independently, think critically, and collaborate effectively with our Vilnius-based team. Your strong communication skills, both in Polish and English, will enable you to build trust with clients and represent our company at expos and industry events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in Poland.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and potential partners.
  • Represent our company at expos and industry events.
  • Collaborate with our Vilnius-based team to ensure seamless communication and alignment.

Requirements
  • Native Polish speaker with strong English communication skills.
  • Experience in sales, ideally in a technical or engineering-related field.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, data analytics, or efficiency-driven solutions.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to independently source and develop leads.
  • Comfort with cold calling and initiating client conversations.
