Our client is looking for a self-driven and motivated Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in Poland.
You'll be an essential part of our team, driving new business opportunities and building relationships with manufacturers and potential partners. If you are proactive, enjoy meeting people, and are eager to make an impact, this role is for you
About Client:
The company helps manufacturers improve efficiency with real-time production tracking and automated reporting. We are a growing, dynamic company headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania, and are now expanding our presence in Poland. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from your own space.
Who Are We Looking For?
- We're looking for a self-driven and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Poland.
Your Role:
- Identify and connect with manufacturers to generate sales opportunities.
- Build and nurture partnerships to expand our network in Poland.
- Confidently conduct calls and actively seek out new leads.
- Meet clients face-to-face and conduct online presentations to showcase our solution and establish strong relationships.
- Represent the company at expos and industry events.
- Collaborate with our Vilnius-based team to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
Requirements:
- Native Polish speaker with strong English communication skills (English is needed to communicate with the Vilnius office).
- Experience in sales, ideally in a technical or engineering-related field.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, data analytics, or efficiency-driven solutions (a big plus).
- A proactive mindset and the ability to independently source and develop leads.
- Comfort with cold calling and initiating client conversations.
- Great interpersonal skills, confident in closing deals.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and expos (a driving license and access to a car are essential).
