Salesforce Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager in our Salesforce Competence Center, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and strategy for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to create and close sales processes effectively, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce solutions to deliver exceptional results.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced Consultants and Delivery Managers who will support you in the technological and organizational aspects of the sales process. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers in Polish and international markets, taking direct responsibility for creating a profitable book of clients, and promoting and selling business solutions based on Salesforce products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Actively acquiring new customers in Polish and international markets
- Taking direct responsibility for creating a profitable book of clients
- Promoting and selling business solutions based on Salesforce products
- Co-creating an effective Salesforce sales strategy
- Generating leads, preparing offers, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and following up on client requests
- Cooperating with the Marketing Department to organize business events
- Building and nurturing relationships with current clients and providing exceptional customer service
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Proven sales experience in a consultative selling approach
- Familiarity with sales and negotiation techniques
- Excellent ability to analyze customer needs to create upsell and cross-sell flows
- Willingness to establish stable and satisfactory business relations with customers and coworkers at different levels of the organization
- Skills in preparing offers and business presentations
- Full proficiency in English, allowing cooperation with international business partners
- Knowledge of Polish
- Readiness for business trips and owning a driving license
- Can-do attitude, natural passion, and ability to establish good, positive relationships with people
