We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to lead our IT infrastructure and services team. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for managing product roadmaps, prioritizing feature development, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is 140,000-180,000 PLN, depending on your qualifications and experience.

Job Description

As a Product Development Manager at Allegro, you will handle a variety of tasks, including:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders from all Allegro departments to understand their needs and translate them into new functionalities
  • Managing and prioritizing the product backlog in collaboration with an engineering team to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Developing product roadmaps and timelines, managing the delivery of features and enhancements, and reporting on task completion levels
  • Taking responsibility for the shape of the product and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintaining an up-to-date risk register along with mitigation plans
  • Participating in agreeing and negotiating contracts with suppliers
  • Managing relationships with clients and suppliers

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in project management, roadmapping, resource planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder cooperation
  • Experience in designing and implementing changes based on A/B testing and data analysis
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs
  • Ability to see the product through the eyes of the clients and understand their needs
  • Fluent in Polish and English
