Job Summary:
Montrose Software(Polska) Sp.z.o.o seeks a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient AWS environments.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for provisioning and managing infrastructure resources on AWS, including networking, security, storage, databases, and compute instances. They will also develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing of applications.
Responsibilities:
Design and Implement Cloud Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient AWS environments using best practices.Provision and Manage Resources: Provision and manage infrastructure resources on AWS, including networking, security, storage, databases, and compute instances.Develop CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing of applications.Deploy and Orchestrate Applications: Deploy and orchestrate applications using containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS.Monitor and Troubleshoot Environments: Monitor and troubleshoot AWS environments, including performance tuning, log analysis, and resource optimization.Implement Security Measures: Implement and enforce security measures and best practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data.Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address infrastructure and deployment-related issues.Stay Up-to-Date: Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in cloud infrastructure practices, AWS services, and related technologies.Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience with Cloud Providers: Good understanding of cloud providers, especially AWS.Containerization and Orchestration: Proficiency with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.Scripting and Automation: Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Bash.Security and Compliance: Understanding of security best practices and compliance regulations.AWS Services: Knowledge of core AWS services, including VPC, API Gateway, Route 53, IAM, S3, EBS, EFS, FSx, CloudWatch, EventBridge, Auto Scaling, Secrets Manager, RDS, DynamoDB, ECS, Fargate, EKS, Lambda, EC2, SQS, SNS, and MQ.IaC Tools: Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Benefits:
