Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Application Coordinator Operations Specialist to join our team at Josera Polska Sp. z o.o. in Poznań and Nowy Tomyśl.

Responsibilities:

  • Administration of 10-15 applications to control our production facilities, including maintenance, updates, upgrades, and patches.
  • Responsibility for authorization and user management, as well as documentation.
  • Coordination of external service providers and interface to internal IT.
  • First point of contact for errors that occur in the production environment.
  • Cooperation with production planning, IT, and internal technical service departments.

Requirements:

  • Experience in network infrastructure, workstations, servers, TCP/IP, and interfaces.
  • Experience with application management and MES systems.
  • Good understanding of technical or procedural contexts.
  • Analytical mindset and self-initiative.
  • Good communication skills and English proficiency.
