We are seeking an exceptional Procurement Excellence Lead to join our team in the Group Sourcing and Procurement department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically leading procurement activities, ensuring effective collaboration with various stakeholders, and driving business growth through innovative sourcing solutions.
This role involves functional accountability for all procurement activities within the ROCKWOOL Group, covering both Direct, Indirect, and CAPEX categories.
The overall purpose of this position is to provide strategic, tactical, and operational support to the organization's procurement process, while establishing a procurement competence centre in Poznan.
A competitive annual salary of approximately $83,000 - $113,000, depending on location, will be offered to the successful candidate.
