At TechTorch, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Management Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our strategy and consulting practice, you will be responsible for identifying business and technology gaps for clients, co-creating solutions with C-level executives, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex, large-scale strategy and consulting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define business and technology gaps for clients, co-create solutions and initiatives with C-level clients, develop project plans, implementation timelines, and manage project budgets.
  • Lead transformations and solve common business challenges through innovative solutions.
  • Communicate project updates, design decisions, risks, and issues to C-level clients and board members on a weekly basis.
  • Manage multiple work streams and projects simultaneously, utilizing tools like MS Project and JIRA to manage sprint plans, deliverables, and milestones.

Requirements:

  • Estimated 8 years of experience in project and program management, with a focus on enterprise-level projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale strategy and consulting projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience working with consulting firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, Bain, McKinsey, or BCG.
