EMEA Payroll Analyst with Language Skills

  • About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Payroll Analyst to join our EMEA team, working closely with HR, Finance, and other internal units to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Responsibilities
  • Processing of scheduled payroll using EMEA-wide payroll processes/procedures.
  • Servicing as point of contact for Tax Office, healthcare institutions, and others.
  • Extraction of variable input data and population of upload templates.
  • Review and resolve pay-related queries from employees within ServiceNow.
  • Collaborating with Human Resources, Finance, and other internal units to ensure payroll is accurate and on time.
  • Partnering with payroll vendors to ensure the delivery of best-in-class service.
  • Championing the culture of continuous improvement by optimizing, standardizing, and implementing automation into processes in collaboration with EMEA Payroll team members.
  • Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in in-house payroll.
  • Working knowledge experience of Accurat HCM system is essential.
  • Excellent understanding of labour law.
  • Preferred additional experience within an international shared service environment, with a minimum of 12 months' experience.
  • Advanced English speaker and fluent European language ex. German, French, Italian, Hungarian, Dutch, Czech, Nordics, or Greek.
  • Qualification/BSc in Payroll, accounting, business management, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of SuccessFactors and ServiceNow, SAP would be considered as an advantage.
