Your Role
You will work in a fast-growing company in the field of marketing automation and Artificial Intelligence. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will support customers in fully utilizing the platform's functionalities. You will propose new use cases based on customers' business goals and configure & optimize implemented Synerise solutions performance according to client needs & defined KPIs. Regularly conducting business review meetings and analyzing data and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of implementations are also part of your responsibilities.
