JTI, a global leader in the tobacco industry, is seeking a highly skilled CRM Coordinator to join our team. This role involves executing and monitoring onboarding, engagement, and retention of consumers, primarily focused on achieving volume, rate, and lifetime value potential of our consumer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer interactions and drive business growth.
- Analyze customer data to identify areas of improvement for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage consumer segments and targeting inline with global guidelines and localization objectives.
- Manage consumer database and implement marketing automation.
- Identify and implement improvements to customer relationship processes, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Recommend solutions to improve customer experience.
- Prepare reports to present findings to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- University degree in business, marketing, economics, or IT.
- Minimum 2 years of CRM experience: professional experience in execution of CRM strategies, lifecycle, and retention campaigns within an agency or at retail/FMCG.
- English - very good (both verbal and written).
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and analytical thinking.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools.
- Experience with CRM tools e.g. ACS (Adobe Campaign Standards), CDP (Consumer Data Platform, UTM Tool).
