Main Responsibilities:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our service delivery to international clients in the technical industry. This includes coordinating communication between clients, candidates, and internal departments, ensuring timely recruitment of suitable candidates, and overseeing compliance processes.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with external payroll providers, collecting client orders, and ensuring their fulfillment. Additionally, you will handle personnel rotations, fill vacancies, and visit clients to provide ongoing support and negotiate cooperation terms.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have an excellent command of the English language and experience working on international projects. A technical education background and knowledge of recruitment processes are highly desirable. You must also possess a valid driving license, a proactive approach, initiative, and a strong desire for growth and development.
