About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual individual to fill the position of Customer Service Agent with Spanish. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients on the European market.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Spanish at C1/C2 level and English at C1/C2 level is required. In addition, excellent organizational and communication skills, good knowledge of MS Office, and a willingness to work in shifts 24/7 are essential.
