Are you a seasoned sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Head of Sales to join our team at Randstad Polska.

About the Role

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
  • Develop and manage partnerships to drive sales growth
  • Follow up on inquiries from potential clients and manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement the overall business strategy

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience in sales of large projects
  • Technical understanding of thermal energy plants and boilers
  • Polish language skills - fluent/native
  • English language skills and motivation to work with colleagues across the globe
  • Ability to adhere to company guidelines and align with our core values: teamwork, excellence, innovation, and accountability
