Job Description

As a Business Unit Manager at Reply Polska Sp. Z O.o., you will be responsible for leading a new business unit within our company's Cluster Dynamics Reply. Your key objectives will include developing a strategic plan, building a talented team, and driving business growth through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for the business unit, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultants and Developers, focusing on talent acquisition, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and tailor Microsoft solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Ensure customer success by delivering high-quality Dynamics 365 solutions and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Promote a positive and supportive team culture, celebrating success, recognizing achievements, and encouraging innovation and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Commercial leadership and business unit/business group leadership experience within a Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365) environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills and experience.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or product management roles within the Microsoft technology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
