We are seeking a highly skilled Swedish Language Representative to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in Swedish, resolving inquiries related to flight reservations, changes, and other travel-related matters.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and support for customers.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of airline policies, procedures, and services.

Requirements:

  • Native-level fluency in Swedish and a strong command of English (B2 level or higher).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle a diverse range of customer inquiries and situations.
