Sales Administration Specialist with German

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Sales Administration Specialist with German language proficiency to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring all orders registered by other team members to check for errors, blocks, and other issues that need to be corrected. You will work closely with our CRM/ERP system to run reports, handle billing blocks, and monitor delivery status. Your main tasks will include solving errors in orders to release them quickly, running reports on billing blocks, monitoring delivery status, handling down payments, ensuring database integrity by validating and correcting data in SAP, sorting out order-related queries and obstacles internally and externally, responding to incoming emails, and participating in continuous improvement projects. To succeed in this role, you will need good knowledge of English (written and spoken - min. B2 level), good knowledge of German (written and spoken - min. B2 level), very good MS Office skills, strong focus on details, strong customer orientation and service-oriented work, and good understanding of complex business processes. Experience on similar positions and knowledge of SAP are additional assets.
