About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an E-Commerce Specialist to join our team at Ricoh. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Take operational lead in the rollout of new country or company-specific portals across EMEA.
  2. Engage with project planning process, coordinate and align other work if necessary, to support a go-live or testing program.
  3. Assist in expanding and refining system requirements, designing and implementing system changes to support process improvements.
  4. Provide insights and recommendations to support best practices.
  5. Participate in multi-cultural projects and teams to deliver shared aims and objectives.
  6. Ensure positive relationships with the business, capturing needs and resilience to drive improvement and change.
  7. Regular maintenance of the Ricoh product portfolio.
  8. Full support around static content pages, as well as site translations ensuring appropriate content is visible.
  9. Advise Operating Companies on the possibilities and limitations of eCommerce platforms and help them choose the most optimal platforms and solutions for their customers considering factors such as order type, customer requirements, build complexity, feasibility, solution scalability, and level of automation and administration required.
  10. Build products, customizations, and system connections required to onboard new customers onto various eCommerce platforms as well as updating pricing, product portfolio, and system connections of existing customers.
What We Are Looking For:
  • The ideal candidate should have fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.
  • The candidate must be able to work independently and efficiently solve problems.
  • A technical mindset with the ability to approach tasks analytically is essential.
  • Experience in e-commerce will be considered a significant advantage.
